They are extremely focused on customers needs.

The accommodation needs to be renovated and some furnitures repaired (for example difficult to draw the curtains, static electricity in the shower, no light on one of the bedside lamps, I asked to repair but nobody came) We only had one small soap and a few shampoo tubes (shower gel was out of stock) so make sure you come with some stocks.

The proximity to the road could be annoying due to the noise of the cars but it didn’t prevent us from good sleeping.

Overall the value for money is correct. More

The rooms had everything you needed, and the terrace was ideal for relaxing in the evenings or having a lovely breakfast while admiring the view.

The swimming pool was also good. Sunloungers always available so didn’t have to wake up super early to bag one.

The restaurant on site (Terassa) is phenomenal and we had our favourite meals here. There were lots of people coming to the restaurant especially so make sure to book dinner in advance.

However the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Kostas and Anna are incredible, and are always happy to help with anything.

We had such a great time that we are already planning to return next year! More

A particular mention has to be given to Despina who educated us every evening in the restaurant and ensured we ate and drank well, also arranging for a brilliant last meal of salt baked local fish with the chef. You can easily get to both Elounda and Agios Nikolaos by taxi for about €8. We really enjoyed our time here and made full use of the fantastic pool and popping into Agios Nikolaos and Elounda now and again.

Was so beautiful to see the sunrise! A daily treat during our stay here.

  Very nice room with a private terrasse and the perfect view. The room is well decorated, the air conditioning works perfectly and is pretty quiet so you can sleep with... read more it at night. We didn’t cooked in the room but it was fully equipped if you want to make your own meals. We ate at the Terrassa restaurant every evenings and the food is very good especially the chicken filet.
Small disagreement was the dogs from the neighborhood that keep barking late at night and early in the morning but it’s not the hotel’s fault. So you will have to sleep with the windows closed and the air conditioning on.
