Group Yoga Classes
Teacher adjusts your body's alignment with hands on adjustments. Breath work and relaxation. Classes are scheduled frequently throughout the week. Check at front desk for more information.
Private Yoga Session
Direct and personal practice from teacher to student. Will be given instruction that is customized to fit your needs and guided with hands-on adjustments. Work with Breath and breathing patterns.
Couples Prive´ Yoga Session
A simple dynamic program for two people to help build strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation.
Meditation and Breath Work:
Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. Will practice breath control and relaxation through a balanced series of techniques.
Pathways To Healing
A non-invasive healing approach to support and enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Great energy booster to replenish and balance yourself.
Includes:
Restorative Yoga, Breath work, Meditation (imagery & visualization), Reiki (Hands-on energy work)
DESCRIPTIONS of Types of Yoga:
Vinyasa Yoga: Breath-synchronized movement. This is a fun, dynamic, sweaty class.
Restorative Yoga: Little movement while supported with blankets, pillows, and straps, releasing tension and stored-up toxins. Very relaxing.
Hatha Yoga: Slow and relaxing.
Prenatal Yoga: Prenatal Yoga is a gentle practice that will help address common challenges women face during pregnancy. Private Sessions only.
